Position
Physical Therapist Assistant – PT Villa at St. Bernards Healthcare
Key Responsibilities- Assist Physical Therapists in delivering physical therapy treatments and procedures.
- Develop treatment plans in accordance with state laws, document progress, and modify treatments within the scope of established plans.
- Work under frequent and regular supervision by a licensed physical therapist and comply with Board rules and regulations.
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Arkansas.
- Education from an accredited program and CPR certification.
- Sound clinical skills, good judgment, and knowledge of needs of frail elderly residents.
- Effective oral and written communication skills and basic computer proficiency.
- Physical strength to perform essential functions: frequent sitting, stooping, standing, walking, bending, pushing/pulling up to 250 lb, carrying up to 35 lb, and lifting up to 100 lb.
- Ability to work the required schedule and normal hearing range.
