• The Home Health Patient Account Representative will assist in the processing, monitoring, and follow-up of claims for payer sources such as Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, Worker’s Compensation, and various commercial insurances. Under the direct supervision of the Billing Operations Manager, the Patient Account Rep will perform various billing procedures, insurance verification, claim processing, and error resolution, while ensuring accurate and timely claims submission.
  
  Works closely with other agency staff including nurses and therapists, providers, and patients.

• Previous home health billing experience is preferred. Previous healthcare billing or other relevant experience will be considered. Minimum of 1 year clerical or customer service experience is required. Computer experience is required.
• Physical requirements:
  
  Normal office environment. Close eye work. Hearing within normal range. Frequent disruption to routine. Eye and repetitive motion strain from computer work, near continuous sitting. Lifting and carrying up to 5 lbs. Must have reliable transportation, possess and maintain current driver’s license valid in the state of Arkansas and automobile liability insurance.
