Arisa Health is Arkansas' largest and most comprehensive nonprofit behavioral health provider. We are seeking a compassionate Mental Health Professional to join our school-based program at Jonesboro Public Schools. The ideal professional enjoys working with children, teens, and families, thrives in collaborative environments, and has experience in community health, schools, or childcare settings.

• Full‑time, exempt (salaried)
• Work hours:
  
  Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

• Interview/assess clients for mental health needs and provide individual, family, and group therapy services.
• Document, review, and maintain accurate case records and relevant clinical information.
• Work with a comprehensive treatment team to provide exceptional care.

• Master’s degree in counseling or social work.
• Current Arkansas license (LAC, LPC, LMSW, PLMSW, or LCSW), or license‑eligible.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a treatment team.
