Camfil USA is seeking skilled Fabricators to join our team. As a Fabricator, you will be responsible for cutting, shaping, and assembling steel components for our modular industrial dust collection systems using fiber optic lasers, break presses, drill presses, shears, rollers, threaders, and band saws to produce high‑quality parts.

• Operate fiber optic lasers, break presses, drill presses, shears, rollers, threaders, and band saws to cut and shape steel components.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Perform accurate measurements using tape measures and other measuring tools.
• Ensure all fabricated parts meet quality standards and specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance on fabrication equipment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Lift and maneuver heavy materials as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Availability for overtime as needed.
• Locate and mark bending and cutting lines onto workpiece.
• Availability for daily/weekly overtime.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Cross‑train in other positions within the facility based on business needs.

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing assembly role.
• Previous experience in metal fabrication or a similar role.
• Proficiency in operating fabrication machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and practices in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals, write routine reports, and speak English effectively to management and employees of the organization.
• Simple math may be required including, but not limited to, the ability to use a measuring tape, multiplication of whole numbers, use of a calculator, and work with fractions.
• The employee is regularly required to stand and walk for continuous periods of 4 hours, handle product and reach with hands and arms repetitively throughout the shift, and must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

The employee operates in office, warehouse, and plant environments and must use personal protective equipment (PPE) in certain areas. The employee must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
