• Manually load core parts onto a robot table - the robot handles the heavy lifting!
• Reach into boxes to retrieve parts and follow the robot's cycle
• Read and understand Work Orders Understand quality standards and report issues to the Process Technician

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production training is beneficial.

• Must have forklift experience.
• Ability to assemble products or components according to work instructions and production standards.
• Ability to safely use basic hand tools, power tools, fixtures, or production equipment as required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to inspect completed work for quality.
• Ability to maintain productivity while performing repetitive assembly tasks.
• Dependable attendance, teamwork, and commitment to workplace safety.

• Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus.
• Previous factory, manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is preferred.
• Experience working on production lines or assembling mechanical, electrical, or consumer products is beneficial.
• Knowledge of quality inspection, Lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Assembly Worker.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Manual dexterity to safely handle parts and operate assembly tools or equipment.
• Ability to maintain productivity in a factory environment while following established safety procedures.
• Must understand verbal and written instructions in English
• Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, and stand for hours a day
