Provides prescribed medical treatment ordered by the physician, places exams in the exam room obtaining vital signs and chief complaint, assists physicians and nurses as required, and serves as a mediator between physician and patient. Attendance is an essential function of this job.

• Associate’s degree from an accredited two‑year college or university.
• LPNs and RNs with prior patient care experience in any setting desired. Knowledge of clinic policies, procedures, practices, techniques, and equipment as acquired through orientation. Keyboarding skills required;
  Windows skills preferred. Ability to speak and hear clearly and effectively over the telephone.

The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and risk of radiation. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet. This job will require working under stress during emergency situations.
