Rn - Case Mgr - Hospice

Case Management Nurse – Home Nursing Care in Arkansas. This role calls for a licensed RN who can provide skilled nursing services, prioritize the geriatric population, and meet the needs of pediatric and adult patients in a community setting.

• Provide and direct home nursing care based on agency policy and nursing process.
• Assess patient data, identify age‑specific needs, and interpret information to deliver appropriate care.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team.

• Registered Nurse with current license in Arkansas.
• One year of nursing experience, including care for the geriatric population and lesser pediatric and adult care.
• Knowledge of growth and development principles across the lifespan.

• Exposure to temperatures 32°F or less and 100°F or more; fumes, dust, and noise.
• Hearing within normal range.
• Frequent sitting, stooping, standing, walking, bending, pushing/pulling up to 250 lb, carrying up to 35 lb, and lifting up to 100 lb.
• Reliable transportation, current driver’s license valid in Arkansas, and automobile liability insurance.
