Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement personalized care plans within scope of practice using written protocols.
- Utilize prescriptive authority, procedures, and referrals in compliance with legal regulations.
- Enhance nursing practice quality and effectiveness.
- Contribute to the professional development of peers and colleagues.
- Provide clinical leadership and support lifelong learning.
- Achieve assigned goals efficiently.
- Minimum of 1 year clinical experience as a nurse practitioner in primary care.
- Master's or Doctoral degree in nursing.
- Computer literate.
- Current nurse practitioner certification with eligibility for or possession of prescription privileges.
