We produce a range of natural wellness products, soaks, and cleansing kits trusted by a passionate and rapidly expanding customer community. As we continue to scale our manufacturing capabilities, we’re establishing a dedicated QA/QC department to ensure our products continue to meet the highest standards of safety, consistency, and quality.

We’re seeking a hands‑on QA/QC Lead who will become the cornerstone of our quality program. This role will begin as a one-person department, responsible for managing and implementing all aspects of quality control and quality assurance, with the goal of building and leading a team as the company grows.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about creating systems and standards from the ground up. You’ll collaborate closely with production, operations, and leadership to ensure our products consistently meet internal specifications and external regulatory requirements.

• Develop, implement, and manage quality control and assurance processes, documentation, and SOPs for all manufacturing activities
• Conduct in-process and finished-product inspections to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
• Establish quality metrics, testing protocols, and reporting systems
• Work with production teams to identify, investigate, and resolve non-conformances
• Oversee supplier quality programs, including incoming material inspections
• Lead internal audits and support external audits or regulatory inspections
• As the company grows, train, mentor, and manage a small QA/QC team

• 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within a manufacturing environment (food, cosmetics, supplements, or natural products preferred)
• Strong understanding of GMP, HACCP, or ISO-based quality systems
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical/problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Monday‑Friday 8am‑5pm availability.

• Experience building or scaling a QA/QC program from the ground up
• Leadership or supervisory experience
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to natural ingredients, food, dietary supplements, or personal care products
