This position is located on Epic’s campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation. Relocation assistance is available.

Collaborate with culinary professionals to compose and prepare scratch‑made dishes.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute daily menu items from start to finish.
• Innovate new dishes while maintaining sustainability and health standards.
• Work across multiple venues, catering events, and daily restaurant service.
• Maintain high quality of plating and taste, ensuring each plate is delicious and beautiful.

Qualifications

• 3+ years cooking in a professional kitchen and/or a Culinary Arts degree
• Fine dining, large‑volume experience is a plus
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
• Live within 45 minutes of Epic’s campus or willing to relocate
• COVID‑19 vaccination
