* The Assistant Manager reports to a designated work location and may need to travel occasionally for meetings, conferences, etc. Work hours vary from early morning to late night shifts, with shifts ranging from 8 to 11+ hours depending on Pizza Inn needs. Work days and scheduled days off may vary weekly, including weekends.

* To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The following are required:

• Proper dress code; neat, clean, professional appearance
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Strong planning and organization skills
• Attention to detail; ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
• Proficiency in MS Office, Word, POS systems, etc.
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and administrative procedures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional team-building abilities

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior leadership experience preferred
• Management experience in a fast food restaurant (1 year) preferred
• College or culinary schooling preferred
• Must be 21 years of age
• Serv Safe certification
