As a Cookie Crew member, you will be the face of Insomnia Cookies, interacting with customers and baking delicious cookies!

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Greet guests and take orders promptly
• Assist customers with menu questions and order accuracy
• Provide a warm customer experience in person and over the phone
• Bake cookies and scoop ice cream
• Ensure orders are packaged correctly and delivered promptly
• Handle cash transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery

REQUIRED

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• At least 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
• Personable, outgoing, and genuine personality
• Customer-focused with a desire to exceed expectations
• Strong communication, organizational, and math skills
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Must be 18 or older
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
