Job Summary

In the Direct Sales Representative role, you will be part of one of the most dynamic sales departments in the company. As a valued member of the Optimum door-to-door team, you will work in the ever-changing consumer landscape. Every day will be different, every interaction will be unique, and you will have the opportunity to provide our valued customers with a memorable experience, guiding them through our full suite of Optimum products and services, such as high-speed internet, advanced TV, mobile, and voice technologies, ensuring that their solution best fits their needs.

Responsibilities
  • Customized Solutions: Be a telecom wizard! Dive into the unique needs of each customer, crafting tailored telecom packages that leave them satisfied.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with the latest offerings, pricing plans, and technological advancements. You re the walking encyclopedia of telecom goodness!
  • Sales Pitch: Become a master of persuasion selling in the field. Showcase the advantages of our products and services, addressing customer concerns and objections.
  • Closing Deals: Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customers are thrilled and secured.

Minimum Qualifications and

Essential Functions:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient computer and technical skills to support customer solutions.
  • Reliable personal vehicle (where applicable), valid driver license, car insurance, and satisfactory driving record.
  • Physical abilities: sit/stand/walk as required in a field role.
  • Ability to work full time.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual preferred to support diverse populations.
  • Sales-centric mindset: Passion for delivering sales results and tailoring solutions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
