In the Direct Sales Representative role, you will be part of one of the most dynamic sales departments in the company. As a valued member of the Optimum door-to-door team, you will work in the ever-changing consumer landscape. - Customized Solutions: Craft tailored telecom packages that meet each customer’s unique needs.
- Product Knowledge: Stay current on all offerings, pricing, and technology.
- Sales Pitch: Persuade customers in the field and address concerns and objections.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customers are committed.
- Documentation: Complete all paperwork, contracts, and sales reports accurately.
- Relationship Building: Provide post‑sales support and turn customers into lifelong advocates.

Minimum Qualifications and
Essential Functions:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
- Proficient computer and technical skills.
- Reliable personal vehicle (where applicable), valid driver’s license, car insurance, and satisfactory driving record.
- Physical ability to sit, stand, and walk.
- Availability to work full time.

- Bilingual language skills.
- Sales‑centric mindset with proven ability to achieve targets.
- Extensive product knowledge of mobile and fixed‑line services.
- Digital proficiency with CRM, POS, and other software.

The pay range is $85,000.00 – $ per year (includes base plus estimated commissions). Base salary at hire: $35,000 plus commissions.
