Account Executive

Pay Range

Base salary: $40,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year.

Additional compensation: commission.

Coastal Television Broadcasting Group LLC is hiring an Account Executive to help our clients reach the public through digital and broadcast media. Ideal candidates are energetic, problem‑solvers who enjoy helping businesses thrive.

• Drive growth by selling digital and broadcast media.
• Immerse yourself in the local community and cultivate new relationships through networking, phone, email, and social media.
• Build and grow relationships by sharing how customers receive superior value through our media products.
• Research market trends and devise methods for organizations to effectively communicate with their target audience.
• Leverage experience from roles such as Account Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or Sales Representative.
• Work weekdays only; weekends are not required.

• 2+ years of sales experience managing a book of business, sourcing new accounts, and converting clients into long‑term partners.
• Sports fan – a major plus if you are enthusiastic about selling sports advertising.
• Passionate about delivering effective, cost‑efficient marketing solutions that produce satisfying results for clients.
• Local to the marketplace with a basic understanding of the types of organizations that benefit most from broadcast and digital media solutions.
• Self‑starter with strong time‑management skills and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Must have a good driving record and a valid driver’s license.

We are a privately held group of television stations operating in ten markets across seven states. We cultivate our sales teams with continual feedback and assistance from hands‑on senior management, aiming to deliver effective marketing solutions that help grow local communities.

Competitive salary (approximately $50,000–$90,000+ annually) plus health, dental, and vision insurance and a 401(k) matching program.
