As a Security Officer – Access Control Manufacturing in Weiner, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial. • Monitor and control access to the facility to help deter unauthorized entry and breaches of security protocols.
• Verify identification and credentials of individuals entering or exiting the premises in accordance with site‑specific policies.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or security‑related incidents within the manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to deter potential security threats.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, following Allied Universal procedures and site‑specific guidelines.
• Assist with emergency response activities as directed by site procedures and Allied Universal protocols.
• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by answering questions and assisting with directions and site‑specific procedures.

• A valid driver’s license (required for driving positions).
• Access control or badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable with using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
