- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on material handling equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical & electrical systems (motors, photo eyes, limit switches, E‑stops, etc.)
- Identify and procure parts needed to complete service/maintenance
- Communicate clearly with customers before, during, and after work; secure approvals as needed
- Document work: complete work orders, customer forms, POs, timecards, and related paperwork accurately and on time
- Promote services: identify opportunities with existing customers; provide literature and basic proposals
- Maintain your service vehicle: routine maintenance, inventory/supplies, cleanliness
- Participate in a rotating on‑call schedule for our 24‑hour service line
- Support installations of new or used material handling systems as needed
- Field Service experience (required)
- Experience with preventive/corrective maintenance on industrial or material handling equipment
- Electrical experience (220
VAC & 24
VDC) preferred - Welding ability a plus
- Able to work independently and also collaborate with CEI techs, subcontractors, or install crews
- Comfortable with Windows-based software and using a computer for diagnostics/documentation
- Clear written communication; paperwork completed on time
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Background check and drug test required
