- Support and collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure high-quality resident care.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.
- Oversee infection prevention, quality assurance, and staff education programs.
- Participate in audits, surveys, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promote a positive, team-oriented culture and model clinical excellence.
- Active Georgia RN license.
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical assessment skills.
- Experience in infection prevention or staff education preferred.
- Monday–Friday with rotating on-call weekends.
