We are seeking a dependable, adaptable, and professional Flex Security Officer to join our team. Unlike a typical security guard who is fixed to one location, this role serves as our primary "first responder" for staffing needs—covering shifts, filling in for vacations, and providing emergency backup at various client sites, including offices, residential buildings, retail spaces, and industrial facilities. This position requires open availability, quick thinking, and the ability to learn new security procedures quickly.

• Provide Flexible Coverage: Offer on-call support across different sites and shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Site Patrols: Regularly walk or drive through properties to identify safety hazards, damage, or suspicious activity.
• Access Control: Manage entry points, verify IDs, grant access to visitors, and prevent unauthorized entry.
• Incident Response: Respond to alarms, investigate disturbances, de-escalate tense situations, and coordinate with police or fire crews during emergencies.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate daily logs and write incident reports for accidents, violations, or unusual events.
• Customer Service: Greet visitors, provide directions, and assist staff or customers in a polite and professional manner.

• Schedule Flexibility: Availability for short-notice shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Transportation: Reliable transportation to reach various client locations.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to walk or stand for long periods, climb stairs, and perform active patrol duties.
