Averly Apartments in Jonesboro, GA is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support our multifamily property. You will handle make-ready tasks, respond to resident requests, and deliver quality service to ensure resident satisfaction and a smooth move-in experience.
The role includes maintenance across plumbing, HVAC, electrical and carpentry, plus grounds and amenity upkeep. On-call duties and training participation may be required to uphold Cushman & Wakefield standards.
