Each summer we hire approximately 150 summer positions to travel across the country and staff nearly 70 events in 17 states. Our Summer Event Teams include production positions, worship team, recreation, stage managing, hospitality, housing and store manager roles that all work alongside each other to serve over 50,000 High School and Junior High Students from churches across the country.

Our summer production teams are responsible for carrying out the vision of our programming team in a manner that is uniform across all tours. As an audio, video, or lighting technician, you are responsible for main session elements and the set up and tear down of events. A detailed description for each position is attached.
