Zimmer Marketing, a growing family-owned company in Joplin, Missouri, is seeking an energetic, curious, and driven Morning News Host & Multimedia Journalist to join our growing team. • Co-anchor and host KZRG’s live morning show.
• Report, write, and deliver compelling local and regional news across on-air, digital, and social platforms.
• Cover breaking news, weather, and community events in the field.
• Produce and edit audio and video content for multiple platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local sources and community leaders.
• Collaborate with team members while managing assignments independently.

• 3+ years of anchoring or reporting experience preferred.

• Strong writing, storytelling, and production skills across audio, video, and digital platforms.
• Proficiency with web publishing, social media, newsroom systems, and studio board operation.
• Ability to stay calm, accurate, and professional under deadline pressure.
• Positive, coachable attitude with a strong sense of curiosity.
• On-site position based in Joplin, Missouri.
• High school diploma or equivalent; media or journalism background a plus.
