Ophthalmologist​/Cataract Surgeon

Regional Eye Center, PC and Regional Surgery Center, PC are seeking a board-eligible or board-certified anterior segment/cataract surgeon to join our comprehensive ophthalmology practice. Our team includes three experienced ophthalmologists and one optometrist, with a focus on high-volume cataract surgery. We offer an opportunity to assume ownership of our well-established practice and ambulatory surgery center, which has been entirely ophthalmologist-owned since its inception in 1989.

Our primary office is located in Joplin, MO, with satellite offices in Neosho, MO, and Pittsburg, Kansas. The practice has a rich heritage of serving patients from three generations of ophthalmologists, with a history spanning over 60 years. The current owners are seeking a long-term partner eager to make a significant impact on this established practice and to help guide its future.

The adjacent freestanding ambulatory surgery center is the first of its kind in Southern Missouri and has been ophthalmologist-owned throughout its history. This integrated office and surgery center provide a unique opportunity for professional control and growth.

Our practice emphasizes medical and surgical ophthalmology, primarily focusing on cataract and general ophthalmic surgeries.
