Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking a dedicated Physician to join our diverse and welcoming team in Joplin, MO
. We offer flexible scheduling options, including full-time & part-time.
- Competitive compensation and Sign-On Bonus!
- Bonus structure including:
- Daily Volume Bonus (paid monthly) based on patient metrics.
- Quarterly Bonus (up to 5% of base salary) based on patient satisfaction and quality.

- Board-certified/eligible in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Med/Peds
- Experience treating patients of all ages
- Proficiency in minor procedures (sutures, splints, etc.), reading EKGs, and X-rays
- Willingness to collaborate with advanced practitioners
- Accredited by the Urgent Care Association for excellence in quality and safety standards
