Administrative​/CEO Physician

SUMMARY OF POSITION: The Chief Medical Officer is a key position at ACCESS Family Care, serving on the Executive Council Team. The Chief Medical Officer is responsible for demonstrating leadership qualities and utilizing the model of Servant Leadership for ACCESS Family Care through qualities such as Humility, Forgiveness, Patience, and Trustworthiness. Primarily responsible for managing, inspiring, and leading the staff of ACCESS Family Care to provide appropriate quality healthcare services to the medically underserved of Southwest Missouri.

The Medical Director/Physician will provide patient care as privileged by ACCESS Family Care; and provide direction, consultation, and supervision to health care practitioners; ensuring compliance with all State and Federal regulations, and company identified goals.
