Senior Talent Recruiter specializing in Sourcing and Strategic planning, Recruitment and Talent placement. Must Have(s)- You are located within the Joplin, MO area
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Plan and establish engineering directives for powder handling, slurry mixing and web coating process.
- Characterize electrode physical and electrochemical properties to optimize electrode processing
- Understand cell and battery requirements and derive the material and component performance needed to develop a successful product.
- Perform material and component sub-assembly tests to support new cell designs.
- Develop handling and processing methods for new materials used in R&D or production of cells.
- Produce routine internal progress reports as well as formal technical reports for publication.
