What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Promote and grow Neurocrine products within a specific geographic territory
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, clinical staff, and key opinion leaders
  • Execute territory sales strategies through in-person and virtual communications
  • Identify territory‑specific opportunities and manage promotional resources and budget
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and alignment on goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • BS/BA degree in science or related field AND minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical or neurology sales
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven sales success
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to reside within the assigned geographic territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Master’s degree in science or related field
  • Experience with business systems and salesforce automation platforms
  • Background in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work in cross‑functional teams
  • Strong project management abilities
