Schedule: Full Time (40 hrs/week)
What You'll DoAssist the Employee Relations Coordinator in resolving workplace matters. Conduct interviews and open reviews, gather documentation, identify relevant policies, and research federal and state labor laws. Collaborate with the Coordinator to conclude reviews.
Skills/Abilities- Maintain confidentiality of information.
- Professional written and verbal communication.
- Remain tactful, calm, and persuasive in controversial situations.
- Effective interview skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis.
- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (Work Day preferred).
- Human Resources experience preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
