Job Title: Business Analytics Specialist (Pharma Trade Data)

Monday–Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (40 hours/week)

This role provides advanced analytical support across multiple customer groups and therapeutic areas, with a strong focus on pharmaceutical trade data analytics. The position applies statistical methodologies—including marketing mix modeling, ROI analysis, segmentation, and predictive modeling—to evaluate marketing impact and guide promotional and brand planning decisions. The specialist also contributes analytical insights to commercial strategy and forecasting processes.

• Conduct advanced analytics to support brand planning, promotional effectiveness, and resource allocation across customer channels.

• Perform marketing mix modeling, ROI assessments, customer profiling, segmentation, and predictive modeling.

• Serve as liaison between Marketing and Sales to support coordinated strategy development.

• Lead development of targets and segments aligned with business strategy.

• Ensure marketing strategy is effectively integrated into sales force call plans.

• Communicate analytical findings to internal partners to drive informed decision-making.

• Build and share expertise in analytical methodologies and high-quality data vendors.

• Establish and maintain work practices that support evolving therapeutic business needs.

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Business/Data Analytics, or related field and 7+ years of relevant analytics experience; or Master’s degree and 5+ years of relevant analytics experience.

• Demonstrated proficiency in developing, documenting, and communicating analytical plans.

• Deep familiarity with pharmaceutical industry data sources and analytical methodologies.

• Direct experience in pharmaceutical trade data analytics (required for consideration).
