Retag Technician

Job Overview

The Retag Technician is responsible for reversing production processes in the engine and turbine sector.

• Change tags for incoming new turbochargers.
• Enter turbocharger information into Oracle ERP system.
• Perform hands‑on mechanical work.
• Meet daily goals set by production plan.
• Re‑box newly assembled turbochargers.
• Follow verbal and written instructions.
• Maintain a neat and clean workstation.
• Follow safety protocols.

• Communication, ability to work in a team environment, visual inspection of parts and quality checks.

Some exposure to harsh conditions—such as dust, fumes, noise, and varying temperatures—for short periods. Employees must demonstrate knowledge of Haz/Com regulations and requirements. All employees are required to follow safety standards and wear all personal protective equipment in designated areas.

Sitting 0%, standing/walking 100%. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds is required. Resist and handle regular walking, standing, using hands and fingers, talking and hearing.

• After the initial training period, must demonstrate competency as detailed on the training record for this position.

• No degree required.
• Familiarity with hand tools preferred, not required.

We now sustainably manufacture and supply an assortment of nondiscretionary repair parts across more than 90 countries.
