General Laborers

Adecco is hiring immediately for General Laborers in Joplin, MO. While working as a General Laborer for Adecco, you will earn $16.75-$17.75/hour plus other great benefits!

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM ($ 16.75/hour)

• Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM ($ 17.75/hour)

• Remove finished cases products from the production conveyor line and stack them onto pallets according to company standards

• Monitor product quality and report damaged products, packaging issues, or equipment concerns to supervision

• Wrap, organize, and prepare completed pallets for transportation and storage

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Assist with additional duties during production downtime

• Follow all safety, GMP, and company policies and procedures

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and twisting throughout a 12-hour shift

• Ability to perform repetitive palletizing tasks in a fast-paced production environment

• Ability to maintain productivity during extended shifts while following all safety requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

These are recurring weekly project assignments, with schedules based on production needs.

$16.75 to $17.75 per hour
