Job Description

Rich Hill Christian Church (RHCC) is seeking to hire a full-time minister to serve our congregation. Rich Hill is a non-denominational Christian Church that seeks to serve Christ in our community and the surrounding area.

RHCC is led by three elders and seven deacon’s, all God-fearing men, who want to help carry out the Great Commission. RHCC is seeking a minister who is honest and trustworthy, as well as faithful and steadfast in the scriptures.

Our desire is that our next minister would be inspiring as well as challenging to our local body. We desire that he has a heart for reaching the lost with a strong emphasis on biblical teaching that is applicable to our everyday lives.

RHCC is located in Rich Hill, MO, which is about one hour and 15 minutes south of Kansas City, and about one hour north of Joplin, MO. Rich Hill is a town of roughly 1300 people. Rich Hill offers many opportunities to enjoy God’s creation if you are a fan of hunting and fishing.

The church is made up of mature Christians, as well as young families that are looking to get “plugged in”. We believe that God has great things in store for this body of believers, and the workers are increasing every day. On a weekly basis, we have between 75-100 faithful attendees.
