Will Rogers Animal Hospital is a very busy mixed animal practice, primarily seeing small animals but now offers both farm call and haul in options for large animal. The large animal facility is brand new and equipped with equine stalls, stocks, overhead radiography, surgery suite, and bovine silencer chute system. The small animal hospital performs multiple surgeries per day, sees approximately 40‑60 appointments and walk‑ins daily, along with managing patients that are hospitalized.
We expect an extern to be willing to learn and be as hands on as possible; long working hours are required and expected. Externs are expected to be on time each morning and dress appropriately. On‑site housing is provided.
