We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality professional to support inspection and quality assurance operations in a machine shop environment in Joplin. This role focuses on product inspections, quality audits, and compliance with established quality systems and industry standards. The Quality Control role plays a key part in maintaining manufacturing excellence by ensuring products meet quality requirements throughout the production process.

• Conduct quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process
• Perform quality audits and document findings for continuous improvement
• Utilize precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines
• Ensure compliance with ISO and AS9000 standards
• Implement and monitor HACCP protocols where applicable
• Analyze inspection data and prepare detailed quality reports
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Support the development and maintenance of quality systems

• Experience with quality audits and QA/QC processes in a manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret inspection data
• Knowledge of precision measuring tools, including vision inspection systems
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards
