• Prepare fresh food items daily for our members by following recipes and ensuring rotisserie chicken is warm and ready.
• Properly wrap, label, and store merchandise to maintain freshness for customers.
• Assist members with bakery orders and multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive shopping experience.
• Sweep and maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area; ensure quality and date control standards; dispose of lesser-quality products when needed.
• Maintain the Sales Floor in accordance with company policies by handling claims and returns, zoning the area, and organizing merchandise.

• Be a Team Member:
  Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborate with cross-functional teams; educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate effectively with team members.
• Be an Expert:
  Prepare food according to item specifications; plan for future and seasonal production; adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment.
• Be a Techie:
  Use digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; utilize handheld technology to support production, training, and product quality with the member in mind.
• Be an Owner:
  Drive the area’s performance; stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date control; eliminate waste; assist customers according to company policies.
• Be a Talent Ambassador:
  Model high-quality service and products and embody energy, commitment, and passion for the work.
• Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; follow Open Door Policy.
