Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with customers and create loyalty by guiding them through vehicle selection.
• Act as a vehicle expert, understanding product offerings, optional packages, and technology.
• Demonstrate new and used vehicles professionally and achieve high‑quality sales results.
• Follow up with buyers to secure referrals and grow the customer base.
• Address objections and thrive in sales situations to close deals.
• Report to the Sales Manager on objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Bring a positive attitude and a strong “A game” to every day on the floor.

Qualifications

• Available to work flexible hours, weekends, and travel as required.
• Ready to learn new product in‑outs quickly and hit the ground running.
• Exceptional communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Professional, well‑groomed appearance and clean driving record.
• Willing to submit to pre‑employment background check and drug screen.
• Offers are contingent upon passing a background screening, including a criminal background check and verification of MS number.
