Equipment Salesperson

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Equipment Salesperson to join our team. As an Equipment Sales Representative your position will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships to promote the sale of agriculture, construction, lawn & garden, and powersports equipment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service.

• Demonstrate and sell multiple lines of equipment
• Develop and maintain customer relations
• Visiting residential and commercial properties to assess equipment needs
• Complete sales calls to identify potential customers and establish contact
• Complete sales related documents
• Provide exceptional customer service and support
• Negotiate and close sales deals
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions
• Stay current on product lines and market trends
• Attend trade shows and promote our equipment
• Offer extended warranties, maintenance plans, and additional product accessories

• Working knowledge of agriculture industry, equipment, basic mechanics, and local market
• Basic knowledge of sales documents and equipment financing
• General computer use, including spreadsheets, and use of a dealership management program
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a company vehicle
• Advanced sales and customer service skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Exceptional time management and organization skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
