We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Sign Installation Specialist to perform professional sign installations at customer locations while representing the company with quality workmanship and excellent customer service. This role is hands-on and requires adaptability, teamwork, and pride in delivering high-quality results.

The Sign Installation Specialist is responsible for installing a wide variety of signs while ensuring projects are completed safely, accurately, and according to specifications, timelines, and company standards.

• Safely install wall signs, monument signs, pylons, channel letters, and vinyl graphics
• Read and interpret job packets, drawings, site surveys, and installation instructions
• Load, transport, and unload signs, tools, and materials
• Operate hand tools, power tools, lifts, bucket trucks, and crane trucks as needed
• Ensure installations meet company quality standards, local codes, and customer expectations
• Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and team members on job sites
• Troubleshoot installation challenges using sound judgment and problem-solving skills
• Maintain accurate records for time, materials, and job completion
• Follow all safety protocols, including PPE usage, fall protection, and equipment inspections
• Assist other departments and support cross-training efforts as needed
• Keep work vehicles, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and in good working order

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Outdoor construction experience preferred
• Prior sign installation experience is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail for accurate installation and documentation
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and general construction equipment
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and safety-minded
