Position: Commercial Electrician
Location: Joplin, MO
Pay Rate: $45-$48 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: 40-50 hours per week
Project Duration: 3 Months
Position Overview:
We are seeking skilled Commercial Electricians for a 3-month construction project in Joplin, Missouri. This short-term contract offers steady hours, excellent pay, and the opportunity to work on a fast-paced commercial project with a professional crew.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, bend, and run EMT, rigid, and other conduit per plans and specifications
- Perform wiring, terminations, and electrical troubleshooting
- Read and interpret commercial electrical drawings and schematics
- Safely operate scissor lifts and perform work at elevated heights
- Follow all OSHA and site-specific safety protocols
- Work independently or as part of a crew to meet project deadlines
- OSHA 10 Certification required
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Proven experience bending and installing conduit
- Comfortable working at heights and operating lifts
- Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems
- Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work with minimal supervision
- $45-$48 per hour (DOE)
- 40-50 hours per week
- On-site in Joplin, MO
