Compensation: $20.50 / hour

As a 26′ Box Truck Driver at Ezway Delivery, you’ll ensure that Amazon Prime freight moves safely and on-time. You’ll start and end each shift at Warehouse WMO1, perform your own loading/unloading, and follow a GPS-coordinated route through our service area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-Trip Inspection:
  Conduct DOT-required safety checks (brakes, lights, tires, secure cargo, etc.)
• Load & Unload:
  Secure packages and freight with straps or load bars in your truck
• Follow Your Route:
  Adhere to GPS directions, planned stops, and all traffic laws
• Deliver with Care:
  Provide professional, courteous service at every delivery
• Vehicle Maintenance:
  Keep your box truck clean, fueled, and report any maintenance issues immediately
• Compliance & Reporting:
  Maintain accurate logs in the ELD system, report delays or safety concerns to management

As a Box Truck Delivery Driver, You’ll Need:

• Experience:
  
  Prior experience driving 26′ box trucks, U-Haul, or similar vehicles
• DOT Compliance:
  Ability to pass and maintain a DOT physical, drug & alcohol testing, and hold a current medical card
• Regulations Knowledge:
  Familiarity with FMCSA Hours-of-Service rules and use of Electronic Logging Devices
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Able to lift and carry freight up to 75 lbs and perform repetitive loading tasks
• Tech Savvy:
  Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for routing and delivery confirmations
• Work Ethic:
  Self-motivated, punctual, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
