Intely Care - : [Nurse Aide / Nursing Attendant] As a Geriatric Nursing Assistant at Intely Care, you'll:
Provide empathetic nursing care to residents based on approved nursing care plans;
Help residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility;
Observe residents and monitor their conditions during your shift;
Take, monitor, and report blood pressure, temperature, respiration, and other vital signs;
Move residents in wheelchairs and assist their movements around a facility;
Provide companionship and comfort to residents.
