Our Behavioral Health Technician serves as a direct care role with a primary responsibility of interacting with and supervising clients in treatment. Located in Harford County, Maryland, our Joppa Inpatient program provides treatment paths for both men and women for substance use disorders, methamphetamine and other stimulant use, co-occurring disorders and has a methadone maintenance program for opioid addiction. Under a passionate leadership team, Pyramid Healthcare in Harford offers comprehensive behavioral healthcare for psychiatry, addiction recovery, mental disorder treatment, etc.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Complete the intake process with new clients into program Maintains client documentation Observe an document client self-administration of medication as applicable Coordination of client activities Follows objectives of treatment plans and client-specific needs Evaluates behavioral and emotional needs of clients and provides response including crisis intervention Maintains safe, clean, and orderly physical environment Assists with the dietary needs of clients Completes all required trainings Other duties as assigned

Education:

High School Diploma required
