Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in all phases of litigation, from pre-trial through trial and appeal
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery
• Conduct legal research and offer strategic legal advice
• Appear in court, depositions, mediations, and hearings
• Collaborate with internal teams and external experts to develop case strategy

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in Maryland
• 5+ years of litigation experience preferred (but all levels considered)
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines with exceptional attention to detail
