We're hiring Class A CDL Drivers for a dedicated refrigerated freight account based in Joppatowne, Maryland
. This regional position offers weekly home time
, competitive weekly pay, and consistent freight throughout the Northeast.

Drivers haul refrigerated poultry to distribution centers and should be comfortable operating throughout the Northeast, including deliveries into New York City and surrounding boroughs
.

• Average weekly earnings: $1,770–$1,790
• Annual earnings around $93,000
• $0.74–$0.76 CPM
• $10,000 limited-time sign-on bonus (eligibility requirements apply)
• Live stop pay: $42–$44 per stop
• Drop & hook pay: $20 per drop
• Detention pay after 2 hours
• Activity-based pay plan with additional earning opportunities

• Weekly home time
• Tuesday–Saturday schedule
• Regional Northeast routes

• Dedicated refrigerated freight
• Haul fresh, packaged poultry to distribution centers
• Approximately 3 loads per week
• Average 5 stops per week
• Preloaded trailers
• Live unload deliveries
• Required backhauls throughout the Northeast
• Mostly touch freight with occasional driver unloads depending on customer location

Drivers primarily operate throughout:

• Maryland
• Delaware
• Virginia
• Pennsylvania
• New Jersey
• New York (including NYC boroughs)
• Connecticut
• Massachusetts
• Rhode Island
• New Hampshire
• North Carolina
• Ohio
• Maine

• Late-model sleeper tractors
• 53-foot refrigerated trailers
• Modern automatic equipment
• Equipment remains at the terminal during home time

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months of CDL-A driving experience
• Comfortable operating refrigerated equipment
• Comfortable driving in the Northeast, including New York City
• Must live within 50 miles of Joppatowne, MD
• Reliable personal transportation to and from the terminal
• Must meet all DOT and company hiring requirements
