Zorgplein Noord zoekt een sterke professional voor Bureau Trinitas die gezinnen ondersteunt bij complexe gezinsvraagstukken in Joure. Je werkt in een bevlogen team en houdt je bezig met het creëren van inzicht voor gezinnen die hulp nodig hebben. Een relevante hbo- of wo-opleiding is noodzakelijk, evenals ervaring in gezinsdynamieken.
Je werkt 28 tot 32 uur per week en krijgt ruimte voor professionele groei en intervisie. Salaris is conform cao Jeugdzorg.
