Job Title Salesforce Technical Lead/Senior Technical Analyst – Pitcher Implementation & Support Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with strong hands-on expertise in the Pitcher platform and Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will lead the design, implementation, integration, enhancement, and support of multiple Pitcher modules including Pitcher Census, Pitcher Coaching, Pitcher Connect, Pitcher Consent, Pitcher Impact, Pitcher Sales, Pitcher Zero, and Pitcher Admin.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, sales operations teams, field representatives, and cross-functional IT teams to deliver scalable and compliant commercial solutions within the Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical domain.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of Pitcher solutions integrated with Salesforce CRM.
Design and implement solutions across Pitcher Census, Coaching, Connect, Consent, Impact, Sales, Zero, and Admin modules.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Configure and customize Salesforce and Pitcher applications to support sales force effectiveness and field engagement processes.
Design and support integrations between Pitcher, Salesforce, and external enterprise applications.
Lead production support, incident management, root cause analysis, and enhancement activities.
Ensure platform performance, security, compliance, and data integrity.
Provide technical leadership during releases, deployments, and environment management activities.
Mentor developers and support teams on Salesforce and Pitcher best practices.
Work with global delivery teams and business users across multiple geographies.

8+ years of Salesforce experience with 3+ years of Pitcher implementation experience.
Hands-on expertise in:

Pitcher Census
Pitcher Coaching
Pitcher Connect
Pitcher Consent
Pitcher Impact
Pitcher Sales
Pitcher Zero
Pitcher Admin

Strong Salesforce platform knowledge:

Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows
Salesforce Sales Cloud
Security & Sharing Model
Data Management
Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)

Experience with mobile and offline sales enablement solutions.
Knowledge of CRM processes such as:

HCP/HCO Management
Territory Management
Visit Planning & Execution
Sales Effectiveness
Field Force Automation

Experience with Service Now, Azure Dev Ops, Jira, Git, and release management processes.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
