We are seeking a full-time Marketing Specialist for an on-site position based in Junction City, KS. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and coordinating community outreach efforts. Daily tasks will include managing communication campaigns, supporting sales initiatives, and fostering positive customer relations to enhance public engagement with Geary County programs and services.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey messages effectively.
• Experience in market research and developing data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in sales and customer service to build relationships and promote community programs.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques to create impactful campaigns.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders to achieve goals.
• Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, is preferred.
• Familiarity with public sector operations and community engagement is a plus.
