Key Responsibilities:Provide direct nursing care to LTC residents
Administer medications & treatments according to physician orders
Monitor resident conditions & promptly communicate changes
Perform wound care, assessments, & documentation
Assist with admissions, transfers, & discharges
Maintain accurate clinical documentation & medical records
Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, providers, & other members of the care team
Follow facility policies, infection-control standards, & resident safety protocols
Provide compassionate, resident-centered care
Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing/LPN program
Active and unrestricted LPN license valid in Kansas
Current BLS/CPR certification
Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, & documentation skills
Ability to work a rotating 36/48-hour schedule
Dependable, flexible, & comfortable working in a fast-paced LTC environment
Skills:
Previous Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, & Nursing Home experience
Licensed LPN with Kansas license and BLS certification. Experienced in long-term care nursing and medication administration. Able to work rotating 36/48-hour shifts reliably
