Insight Global is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to support the US Coast Guard Civil Engineering Unit (CEU) Juneau across multiple Coast Guard installations throughout Alaska. This program includes over $350M in design and construction work focused on shore‑side facility maintenance and upgrades—including utilities, roads, piers/docks, hangars, barracks, family housing, offices, galleys, gyms, clinics, and other critical infrastructure. Travel may include project sites in Kodiak, Ketchikan, Sitka, Seward, Homer, Cordova, Anchorage, Valdez, Petersburg, or various remote locations.

As a Construction Project Manager, you will lead and oversee construction activities to ensure projects meet USCG requirements for quality, compliance, safety, schedule, and budget.

• 10+ years of experience in construction management, supervision, facility management, or QA/QC.
• 5+ years of construction oversight experience within the last 10 years on projects valued $500k–$5M
  . Must include onsite work and documentation of responsibilities, timelines, and project values.
• Experience as a construction superintendent or similar leadership role overseeing multiple trades and safety compliance.
• Hands‑on experience with building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, structural, envelope).
• Experience with design‑build or design‑bid‑build projects.
