What You Will Be DoingLead transformational changes in Alaska’s health care system by providing high-level accounting, financial management, and fund accounting services for the Rural Health Transformation Fund.
- Provide specialized accounting, financial management, and fund accounting services in support of the Rural Health Transformation Fund.
- Oversee and certify financial transactions related to revenues and expenditures.
- Oversee federal accounting, recording, and reporting functions, including the submission of federally mandated reports.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal accounting and reporting requirements.
- Provide complex financial analysis, fund accounting, compliance, and internal control for a significant federal grant program.
- Ensure the integrity of financial reporting.
- Work closely with project coordinators, the Administrative Operations Manager, and federal partners to administer program funds and adjust budgets as program needs evolve.

Position is located in Juneau at the Alaska Office Building in downtown Juneau with proximity to shopping and restaurants. Covered parking is provided in the adjacent State Office Building parking garage.
